How does the process work with the starter package?

By making a reservation, we guarantee the availability of your starter package on the specified start date - either at an official distribution point or at your lodging partner.

On site you can pick up your starter package the afternoon before the tour - also those of your team members, as long as the team name on the reservations matches.

If collection is not possible for any reason, it is best to contact your planned issuing office directly. Sending the starter packs by mail is not possible for logistical reasons.
